After removing the spindle and pressing any key, and checking the level, the YR-1 begins its

Autozero. The following is displayed during the autozero (with AUTOZEROING ashing):

When the autozero is complete, the Default Screen (Figure III-5) is displayed.

III.2 The Default Screen

The Default Screen is shown below:

The program number (#0 through #9) and the program name (in this case, “Sample Tst”) are dis-

played on the top line. START TEST is ashing, indicating it is the current menu selection.

Note: If the program number chosen has no program loaded, the word EMPTY is displayed

as the program name.

Pressing either the ↓ or ↑ key causes the bottom line to cycle between that shown in Figure

III-5 and Figure III-6.

Pressing the Enter keyselectstheoptionthatisashing,causingthebottomlinetostopashing

andthetoplinetostartashing.Thetoplineisnowtheactiveline,allowingyoutoselectwhich

program to use. Pressing the ESC key, when Figure III-5 or III-6 is displayed, has no effect.

III.3 Running a Program

When the default screen in Figure III-5 is displayed and Start Test is the option displayed on

the bottom line, pressing the Enter key displays the following screen:
