QC Limits: Selectan acceptablerange for measurement results. The range may

be dened by Viscosity, Torque, Time, Temperature, or Shear Stress.

ThepossiblerangeforViscosityandShearStresswillbedenedbythe

spindle and speed selected. QC Limits are a visual and audible signal to

theoperatorduringthetest.Thedatasetdoesnotincludeanindication

of QC Limits violation.

AviolationoftheQCLimitsduringthetestwillbeindicatedbyaashingyellowboxaround

thedisplayforthespeciedparameter.NotethatTimedoesnothaveadedicateddisplay.

Aviolationwillalsoresultinanaudiblebeepandaonetimewarningmessage(seeFigure

III-6).Datawillcontinuetobecollectedwhilethewarningmessageisdisplayed.
